Help with getting account back

i havnt been on runescape in over a month so i decided to login today to find out my email/recovs have been changed from a old friend of mine. i sent in 3 appeals to get my account back but all seem to get denied because my email aint registered no more? i got almost all info on my acc including first ip/first pass/first recovs/ current home where i created the account close to 6 years ago and i still cant get it to be accepted.. is there a better way i can get these appeals to accept?

 

If you made the account members and had your email set to it, then you should have gotten an email from Jagex after purchase that has a transaction ID and date. If you still have that email saved, then you can probably get it back. It worked for me once and I didn't have most of the original information.

 

You should be able to recover it with just the first password, Internet provider when you created the account. Then just fill in bits and bobs you might know, and write some stuff about the account in the box at the bottom.

 

Trial and error. It tells you at the end of the appeal what's lacking so keep sending appeals till you stop getting them...
Also clear your cache after each appeal.

 

thats the thing my java applet doesnt load so i gotta get a friend to send me the link to where you type in the email.. maybe it registers as there ip and not mine?

 

If you still have access to the connection with the original IP, recover it via that. The original IP defeats all 98% of the time.
