Xivivx's Pardon

To start this off I still believe I did nothing wrong and I will explain my situation here in the most simple form and not the (3 pages) I used before.

- I got banned with a post called "Xivivx is a scammer" (misleading I must say)
- The proof provided was that I am a hacker and I got banned for that.
- He showed picture that I used Hackforum in 2010 (joined Sythe 2011) and some in 2013 for WEP cracking [WEP cracking] is not illegal if you have not done it or if you do it to your own router.
- I joined Sythe in 2011 and did not search any hacking tools at that time (I believe)
- I have never hacked anybody on Sythe or used any hacking tool for my own benefit.
- I made an account and posted about it, then after 3-5 minutes I removed it when I knew it was "ban evading" this was for the first time.

You will see that I posted>Someone explained what ban evading it> I deleted the post [within 3-4 minutes]

Lazy23 reported me even after I deleted my post and got permanently banned.

I apologize for "ban evading (please keep in mind I did not know what it is and deleted my message 3-5 minutes after I knew) and hacking" (even though I didn't hack anybody).





Why I got Mad (which I am now not mad):

- I was just about to buy bitcoins when I got banned for "hacking" which really got me mad [Ironically bitcoins dropped by $200 the day after] so I am kind of happy I got banned at that day.

- I didn't feel I deserved the ban because I was a "hacker" (which I am not) ...I did not hack anything.

- I also said I will not pardon because I did nothing wrong, but that was because I an angry (my friends told me to try this even though I don't believe it will work).



Why I am Mad right now:

-3-4 hours after I got banned people recovered their accounts which they sold me. I bought around 4-5 LoL accounts and I am extremely disappointed that people recovered their account 2-3 hours from when I got banned so I opened a dispute in Paypal. To others who did not recover them I am happy that there are some honest people in Sythe.


-I had a donation setup to Aid Philippines Typhoon (was going to donate 10% of overall donations) as several of my friends are from the Philippines so I had a donation set up and after I got banned I returned all donations to disprove "I am a scammer" (again misleading title).


I had 5 pages setup, but narrowed it down to this.

I hope I get a pardon ( again I did not hack any email , msn, website, etc and I am not hacker).


My friends from Sythe thought I should ask for a Pardon (I myself do not believe I did anything wrong [maybe WEP cracking questions in HF if that is against the rules] except the ban evasion which I explained above)


Will not be using HF anymore.
