Selling EP spot

Hi i just though i would sell my ep spot, it is a hotspot but it isn't in a place anybody would think about, jagex didn't intend it its a glitch and hardly anybody goes to this place, if a moderator wants to verify this thats fine with me just post if your intrested.

And someone is already selling its location.

P.s as previous seller stated its in a desert.

Lol, i know i cant verify it, but when the person who was selling it gave it out free to 5 people.

I managed to get in there. I dont have the picture still but i know the exact location on the map.

If you show me that exact location i can tell you if its the same or not.

Well that just gives everything away because I found one in the desert as well questing in a PvP world. Mind getting this guide verified just for proof it's not leaked?
