If you look in my vouches you can see he vouched he bought my gold, later that night he charge backed it on Paypal and he is only temp banned and since i didn't report him I'm assuming someone else reported him and hes scammed 2+ people. Doesn't that deserve a perm ban?

 

File it up again with proof the trade happened. Even though he is banned, more evidence will never hurt. Temporary bans are issued by sectional moderators and later followed up by a global. He should now be permanently banned.
