Got scammed by feds

Today i got scammed by feds i was buying 30 million battlescape gold off him for 9 usd. He scammed me since i went first, i was very shocked since he scammed me 9 usd while has has 1.3k post and donor.

If you look there is another scam report, at the end of the convo when i sent the money he said tmoe too, so maybe its the guy with the 2.3k post.

My theory: i think he was hacked msn and sythe acc, im not sure though
I just want my money back.

No msn convos exited out, this should be enough proof since its the same email used.

He is banned, but im pretty sure he was hacked, so i am hoping for a refund.
