Xbox_Pro Signature scamming.

He hasn't updated his signature so no one else has done the job he requested.

Briefly explain the trade:Made him a signature, he said he likes it etc. It was watermarked, I told him a price and he never responded. I gave him a good 3 weeks to reply, I pm'd him saying 'hello' and yesterday I sent him a message saying I would report him if he didn't respond.
How they scammed: By not paying me for the graphic work and not even responding at all after making an application to use my services.
