counter strike source help?

when i go to play a game on css it downloads all the files then when its about to finish it says it cant find one other files and that it is disconnecting what can i do? i am currently re installing the game any other tips?

 

If you're behind a proxy or a firewall it might be preventing some of the server's custom content to be downloaded.

 

i dont play much css but i know that stuff like that happens sometimes in cod united offense when theres a temp file installed. go throught the map data files and delete any temp files

 

try look to see if your fire wall is blocking counterstrike because i have had this problem, let 3rd party downloads and also just make sure u say its trusted

 

i ended up deleting my entire cstrike folder and it got fixed thanks anyways tho
