Xbox Live Gamertag Auto Claimer Turbo

Need an Xbox Live Gamertag Turbo Program
What this is? :

1. You input Microsoft/Xbox account into program, Login into program
2. You enter a gamertag (Which means username on Xbox) you wish to be turboed.
3. The program starts making attempts to claim the gamertag, and doesn't stop until it has been successfully claimed. Needs to be able to go weeks, months, years, etc. until it finally claims the gamertag

Resurrecting an old thread... any luck finding such a tool? I found several open source projects and have cobbled together something that may work.
