That's some bullshit if employers are comparing a potential employee's personal life with that of their work ethic. Some guy may be a perfect lawyer during the weekdays, but a party animal on the weekends.
Yeah, that's what I think too. They could see a wrong picture and get a bad "image" of the person, even though he is actually a cool guy and great at doing his job and whatever.
