Screen effects when you click mouse?

Hey Sythe. In a number of videos I have seen on Youtube, I see guys playing RS with some kind of program that adds "clicking effects" to their mouses when they click on screen. I've seen quite a few different ones and I think they are pretty cool and want to look into getting one I don't know what they are called or if its something you download or whether its built in to your computer already, so sorry for the vague question.

I know there are plenty of guides out there (and millions of effects)
A quick google search should suffice to find what you are looking for.

This should get you started, after this you can expand to effects.

 

Those effects are achieved with Camtasia Studio, but they only show while recording, you can't have a cursor like that without any specific programs/mods.

 

Ah, thats too bad It makes sense though.. I always see it in videos on Youtube but it must be because they are recording.

And Yarrow - Thanks bud I am going to watch that video and play around with my mouse effects a bit and see if I can learn anything cool. Thanks for your help guys.
