As you can see there is an open dispute, so it IS possible that someone claimed the money. If they did, there is almost no way you can get the money back (that is assuming that you dealt with virtual goods such as runescape gold, accounts, etc.) If you have evidence that you sent him the items, contact paypal by phone and ask them what to do. they should be able to help you. Until then, it seems that you've been scammed.

Ok i phoned paypal they said the funds were not refunded to the buyer they were just placed on hold by paypal and it will take 10-12 days for the funds to be restored back. he also said that sinse its virtual goods most cases it will go to your favour unless the buyer provides proof that he got nothing but i sent them my msn convo, and proof that the buyer said : he got his goods.

 

Plan and simple you got scammed... If you buy or sell rsgp on paypal this is pretty easy to do unless you take percossions against it. Get a bank varified paypal. That innsures you security when using paypal
