Forgot password not working?

Hi, I have an old account that I forgot the password to. I have the username & email and when I try to request a password reset I don't seem to ever get the email. I've checked my spam folder too, and I haven't seen it there either.

Could I get some help?

Hello, figured I'd give this another try since my last thread died out without resolution.

I have an account that I can't remember the password to. Account name: Vextrim
When I request a password reset I never get an email with a reset link. I've even checked my spam folder! Is there any way I could provide proof that this account is mine? I would like to get it back as it's attached to my main email account.

Sure, the email attached is (removed) and idk why you'd need another email account but I guess you can use the email attached to this account. (removed)

The reason for this is because the system to reset your password is glitched (we don't have a resolution for this right now). You'd be able to change your email back after if you'd like. I'd also need an unused email to connect.
