    XB1 stuck in Moderate/Strict NAT

I've been a few months without XB1 and with Destiny coming out and a few other anticipated new releases, I want to play my console again.

My current speeds (Wifi, not hardwired) - http://gyazo.com/d1d348a42c83bc63a21aca77a7af98cf

Now, I live in a college house (not dorm) and have my own internet. I have a roommate but she is rarely on it and when she is it is only for homework purposes.

I've since switched providers from when I originally bought my XB1 and my previous service was a lower speed than what I now have, however, although my last ISP was not as good as my current, I never had a problem with NAT types. It has always been open until I switched providers. If thats a little confusing to understand; Old ISP was lower speeds and I had open NAT - New ISP is higher speed and I have Moderate/Strict NAT.

I had a completely Strict NAT before I followed a guide to Port-Foward. Once I did so it changed to Open on the console but whenever I play a game it switches to Moderate and then Strict for no reason.

The school I attend will only allow two ISP's and the other one I'm interested in is too expensive and doesn't have any promotions going on at the current time.

I'm somewhat technology literate but there are some things I'm unsure of..
    - The ISP I currently have gave me a Router/Modem combo, could this be an issue?
    - Are there different port-forward methods?

If anyone has experienced this issue and has a solution, I would greatly appreciate some support.

    http://portforward.com/
Use that, you'll be able to find your specific router on there with a step by step guide. :)
NAT type has nothing to do with your speeds, you should be able to open it.

    XB1 stuck in Moderate/Strict NAT

Had an issue with it on the 360 and I fixed it by adding channels onto my Router and Direct connecting with an ethernet.
