    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : I purchased an account from this individual and paid 400m. Then I posted a scam report of him recovering the account. I then noticed an account on the forums today that looked very familiar. So I looked up the username and matched the stats and recognized the items in the inventory.
    Original scam report:

    Picture of a message between the individual discussing other accounts he has for sale, same account his new account has made posts about:
