alright need help!screen closing!

alright heres the problem i couldnt get on client.silabsoft.org so i played runescape for a while but after i got bored of rs i did a system restore so i could play silabsoft again..so after the system restore i tried to get on silabsoft again and this time it didnt come up with error it just closed the screen...so i tried to go on rs again and it closed the screen -.- and i thought its because i dont have java downloaded! but when i went to download java it closed the screen..i dont know what to do now. i downloaded mozilla internet already and it didnt work please somebody help me.

ps. i have an acer computer
and 1 guy on here told me to format my computer and reinstall windows except i dont know how to do tht im not tht smart with computers so someone please help!!!

find the cd which has windows on it and then put it in and follow the instructions!

and like i said b4 yu need to save all your important files b4 you do so

 

ok dude i dont see a fuckin windows cd so is there any other way to clear my computer out?

well you could maybe go through yur program files and delete stuff you dont need and also defrag your computer

 

defrag, reformat, reinstall windows, scan for viruses

 

Just get an antivirus if you don't have one and then scan for viruses that is probabally your best bet... also you can try to do another system restore on your computer toan earlier date but that probabally won't work... you could also take ur pc in or have a computer savy friend to help you...
