[Buying] Buying Guide To On How To Get Money Back From Paypal Hold [Buying]

Buying a guide that shows how to get your money back from paypal when they are "Holding it." I seen someone selling the guide here but I am unable to find it now. If you know where his thread is or if you have your own method please post here. If you are posting about your method you must have a sythe staff or someone trusted (1k+ posts) to verify that it works.
