Pokemon_Friends is a scammer.. well so far

Ok I was buying this account off him

and he was asking a reasonable price for it. I was willing to go first since he had some vouches and such, and the mm part on the thread convinced me he was legit. So we talked for a bit and agreed that I'd go first. After I sent the money, as seen here,


he told me he wanted to wait one day for verification of my paypal account or some shit like that. I was skeptical about it, but I had no choice because the money had been sent as a gift. He told me the exact time I was to expect to receive an email with all the account details, which was 5:00pm today est.
That time came and went and there was no contact whatsoever. He had the hide then, to go on msn and talk to other people while I was left verbally abusing him as so:

Please tell me that's enough evidence, I want him banned so badly because I paid over $150 for it and got absolutely nothing in return. Please could an Admin or Mod get into contact with him or just ban him, so no one else get's scammed as severely as me.
