Important Rules Regarding Skill Training and Refunds
@Azie Dose that link matters as the user didn't contact us through sythe but did contact us through powerbot so him never ask for a sythe pm and i do have proof.
@WYD you are required to refund @alexwar 428131176 GP out of 534000000 GP for work not done on the account.
534m 07 for 64,535,320xp was paid.
1xp = 8.2gp based on above.
Approx 12.8m XP has been done therefore the refund required for work no completed is 428.1m.
330m was given to cover supplies. Unused supplies come to around 300m so there is nothing on that end you need to do as I logged in the account and verified this. You only need to refund 428.1m for services not completed.
Once this has been done please let me know. DNT has been applied to you.

@WYD you have been given a TWC for poor business practice. Please take time to understand the rules regarding TOS. In the future I would advise you to communicate your TOS clearly to your customers.
The second part of poor business practice comes from making statements regarding your service which are not accurate. Please don't false advertise a service you offer.
Also should be taken into consideration for twc appeal - Not scammed but got horrible services
