WYD/NMZTRAINING.COM ARE TAKING ME FOR A MUG

Iv placed an order with @WYD on nmztraining.com for my account to be levels to max from 41/99attk 41/99def 51/99 str and 61/99 mage and 54/99 range all via nmz iv payed 539m 07 and 300m 07 ( all I have proof of that he has received via live chat) for supplies.

WYD said he would get around 7m xp a week. I placed the order 21 July 2019. So far today 19 August 2019 they have gained 12.5m xp I feel like they are taking me for an idiot.

I want to offer them an agreement where they refund me for the work they haven't done yet and for them to stop the service (I'm willing to give them 10% extra for them to accept this offer "hopefully") on there website nmztraining.com it says "Refunds are at our discretion"
But I think this is 100% fair as its only 3 days under 1 day under the 30 days he claimed I'd have max melee stats.

literally when you make any orders with anyone you say yes to the TOS, i well wait for the admins/mods to posted.

Let us finish the work We prioritise your order and declined others if you are unhappy with that then you got to wait for sythe mods/admins.

@WYD Can you show me proof of you explaining the TOS to @alexwar?

so in 4 weeks you have gained 12.5m xp but promised your customer 7mxp/week? you're 15.5m xp short at the rate you're going.

Everyone know by ordering you are saying yes to the TOS, and for the xp i know for a fact my Nmzer be getting over 3.5m xp a week and i never look at how much xp i get a week.

 

TOS with clauses where a customer automatically accepts xyz are not acceptable as previously highlighted in a similar case dealt by Gladiator.

Can you show me the TOS you spoke with your customer prior to the order starting?

Did you not claim that approximately 7m xp is gained on a weekly basis?

 

Yes i did claim 7m xp is done weeky if nothing come up in life real but i been having a few power outage from high wind so i can't do nothing about that when you live in tasmania, and i never show him TOS but everyone know when you order you say yes to TOS.
