merge We got banned [ not fair! ]

Hello dear sythe moderators, today i have decided to make the step i was thinking about and so everything goes as the following:

I am ARES @Fnss on sythe. I got banned on sythe for account sharing on a way what seems very unfair also told by our customers that it wasnt a fair bann.i became admin on @K A L A 's server and started to helping him he did not have an discord server, i quitted providing services in osrs everyone of the staff can check my old threads also. so i sold my discord server to kala kept only members in removed everything what belongs to me else on the server, and i re-designed the server for him. and promoted his new server so he had his owner server where he started providing services. and he left me a vouch for that services i have provided him,so after a bit of time our friend ship became stronger and stronger. and kala asked me to become an staff in his server because i been helping him that much before being an staff. so i decided to jump on the journey with kala and i have seen he had less sales his sythe was a mess threads did not include things what it should i have changed them all for him as being an admin i made him a nice thread i helped him his user title i have told him to donate more to sythe also to get higher donator and more sales and believe it or not we have made great sales together his work literally went up with over 50% me as being an admin and moderating his sythe i have never bumped an message for him or stuff that like i made the look changes only. and i can't understand how kala can't been seen as a business account kala haves nearly 200 vouches his own workers own server. once i accidently was logged and i replied on a comment where i was speaking on my own account due mobile and i spoke with devil after that and everything was okay. nothing near that have been repeated and i wouldn't. so what hurts me the most of this and what kept me overthinking is that i think that the moderator decided with feelings because i can't see any other issue for us the decision that has been taken on us felt was to take out an competition in the osrs account selling industry i can proof anything that can be asked im ready to show everything what needs to be if an admin could ask me what i need to show. also i asked the mod it self who banned me for account sharing am i allowed to moderate a sythe of an owner where i am an admin in he said yes and we still got banned for account sharing. i dont understand the issue. i have never posted in the same thread as kala or something like that so can someone give me the right answer of this because i feel like we got taken out by business benefits..
