Letting members spam threads

Well, it would be AMAZING if you guys would clean threads upon request, especially when the post has been reported by me multiple times.

Also, make a sticky that posts ≠ trust. If I actually bothered to post bullshit offers like other members I've seen doing it, I'd be a fucking mod here.

Everything speaks for itself here. You were banned for evasion since you posted on a proxy that was linked to multiple [20+] banned sythe accounts. That's completely your fault on your end.

Regarding the iPhone 3G, I offered the autowin, as well as payment for the OMM & Shipping costs. Yet you refused to ship the iPhone directly to me, or to Roy (The agreed OMM) so how else were we going to do the trade? You were just as adamant about not going first as I was, yet you refused to use an OMM, and Roy (One of the nicest people I've met) ended up leaving the convo out of frustration since you were just beating around the bush and insulting both of us. Looks to me like you're waiting for someone to go first to you so you can run off with their money.

You then go and tell me to sell my RSGP since you wanna sell it on eBay, therefore riddling your topic useless as you're advertising Paypal/RSGP. If you want to sell your iPhone on eBay then take your business over there and stop advertising the fact that you accept RSGP/Paypal, when in actuality you don't.

 

From what I've seen from your actions and your impatient attitude, it seems to me like you're trying to scam and make a quick buck, I simply posted to warn other members that regardless of the fact that I offered the Autowin, OMM Fee's, and Shipping, you still refused to go through with the trade.

I'm just trying to sell the phone that has been rotting in my drawer for a year now. You're not "simply posting a warning." You're trying to fuck up my sale, and for that I want you to fuck off.

I'm not sending it to an OMM so he can send it to you, and I'm not going to split the OMM and shipping fees with you. I can refused whatever the hell I want, and I honestly didn't like you from the beginning.

If I wanted to scam for a quick buck, there are a million better and easier ways to do so. I'm just trying to sell my phone legitimately, I really don't know what you want from me.

Why are you getting SO defensive? If you're advertising to sell it via RSGP, and snow offered you the autowin + an OMM, why would you NOT accept it? If you're going to do it via ebay, don't come here posting your thread, then saying you're not going to accept RSGP, if it says so in OP and your title.

Also, if you're banned on another account, you're not allowed to come back.

I Pm'd you asking to go first before we initiated the trade. Once I realized you didn't want to go first I looked on my MSN contacts and saw Roy/Pokemoners was available and online.

Having the iPhone sent to the OMM's house was his suggestion, he wanted to avoid any claims off "all I received was a box of rocks" and wanted to talk with my parents since tests have shown their ethics and moral code are volumes higher than that of teenagers. Since I don't reside with my parents I obliged and offered to pay the shipping costs necessary to send the iPhone from the OMM's house to mine. Regardless of all these extra measures we took to make the trade safe and sound, you still refused to go forth with the trade even though everything lined up.

Also, I have no idea where and why you were posting on a proxy, but the IP was linked to a plethora of banned sythe accounts which led a different moderator [not pokemoners] to ban you for ban evasion once he ran your IP through the database.

P.S. dropping F bombs and accusations of sexual favors/acts isn't going to get anything solved.

Like I said, I WASN'T on a proxy, and in fact I added a Sythe mod on MSN and he said the IP database was dysfunctional. He said a global did it manually. Your statement is invalid.

 

I don't see what the big deal is? All he said was to ship the phone to Roy, in which Roy will ship it to him. I don't see what's so wrong about that.

So lemme get this straight.

-You were uncomfortable with shipping the iPhone to my house
-You were uncomfortable with shipping the iPhone to the OMM's house

How the hell was I supposed to get the iPhone?

 

Nobody wanted to get you banned,locked, nor defamed. That's just the procedure you have to go through if you're using an OMM. It guarantees a safe transaction for both of you guys.

 

Then just state in your new thread that you're not willing to use an OMM and are never going to send anything before receiving a payment. That way Snow patrol doesn't have to do it and you'll be able to trade without people "flaming" in it. Probably no buyers either though.

As for snow patrol regardless of offering to pay for the shipping and the MM fee's he already disagreed and told you beforehand that he wasn't going first. Instead of pushing it on him you could have left it alone and this whole entire situation could have been avoided.
