I want to make a new account!

I cannot recover my orginal account "iamorange12" due to 2fa, I don't have enough information to remove it! I created "iamorange12recover" to try to recover the 2fa on "iamorange12" and now I cannot make a new account to replace the "iamorange12" I tried to make the account "TheOrangeTree" but I got this error:

I looked into it and the first number you provided was correct. Would you prefer to move forward with the recovery process?

If so-

What would your previous ISPs be? What address did you donate to and when? Who did you send it to? Have you also accessed Sythe out-of-state?
