Wufi's Pardon

Hello Sythe Staff,

First of all, it is first time for me to do something like that, so I am not 100% sure how I have to do this, but I give my best.
I am writing to request a pardon. My account (Wufi) is banned (seems unfair to me) and I need to get unbanned to continue with things I used to do in Sythe (mostly buying and selling Runescape gold).

When I started selling Runescape gold on Sythe, at the beginning I sold mostly to trusted buyers (such as Jevon001). Then I tried to sell out in small amounts aswell (better profit) and slowly gained some trust from other members. I even donated and verified my Sythe account. Everything was good, till one day someone hacked my Sythe account and tried to scam others. Fortunately someone from Sythe (sorry, I don't remember who it was) notofied me on Skype that something wierd are happening. Someone tried to buy 10M 07 gold via PayPal while he/she was pretending to be me.

Scammer was not able to use my Skype, so he lied and told he/she needs to use personal Skype (which was scammer's, not mine). Anyway, most important is that noone did not belive this scammer and noone got scammed.
So when I realised what is happening, I wrote everywhere "please do not trade with me, someone hacked my passwrod" and also made new thread to let staff know about that. (Now it seems I am banned because I wanted to warn other members to avoid scams)

Dave was the guy who replied on thread. He asked how I know scammers IP. Obviously scammer tryed to access my google account to change my Sythe password or to change my Skype password. I do not know exactly, but I do know that Gmail notified me that someone tried to access my account and there was IP address and location aswell. Then Dave replied to thread again and said he banned that scammer's IP. I thought everything is good, I did not know I have to do something more. I am not sure, but maybe I even explained this to Dave via Skype.
I was not the bad guy, I made this thread to warn others, but all I did, I got my account banned. Not very advisable thing to do to yourself.

Why I did not made a pardon earlier?
In June 2013 I stopped with buying-selling Runescape gold, because I was working whole summer. Now, after summer, I realised my account is banned and I did not know why, so I made new thread to get unbanned. Dave replied and I understood only possible way to get unbanned is making a pardon.

On this thread Dave said I got banned by Video, because of evasion.
I did not evade anything, because I made thread to warn others and to avoid a bad scene. And to dave's question (how I know scammers IP) I already answered on first post. After Dave's post I thought everything is good and my reply is not needed.

To sum up I really hope You understand my view and agree that I have not done anything to deserve ban. I gave my best to explain that I am not quilty, also sorry if my english is not so good.
