Ban dispute

Last night I bought some gold from Divica and then afterwards asked if I could exchange some EOC for 07 gp, I asked this on Divica's chat, and they said they were out of 07 gp after having just sold some. Later I ended up getting some Skype messages from someone who was impersonating Divica, which I actually almost fell for, and I pmed the guy's Skype account to Divica. I checked my account today and found that I was banned for impersonating? I didn't do any impersonating, but maybe you have me mixed up with the person who I messaged Divica about.







I hope that this can clear the situation up, I'm about to buy an account it would be very convenient if the ban was lifted.
