This account has never had any recoveries although it does have a bank pin which I can give to you or I will take off when I find a real offer.

-WU has very high fees so keep that in mind. If your willing to go first I will reduce the price. For example: If you bid 120 USD. The fees will be around 20 USD so you would have to waste 140 USD, but if you send first you just send me $100 so you just pay around $120. If you prefer an MM then you will have to send the whole $140. Keep in mind you will also have to pay the MM so thats about $30+ in fees you will have to cover.
