I don't want the user banned. I need a mod to figure out the refund amount.

I have made an agreement with Oldbeast1994 that he would do the following for me for 120M: (He has to pay for supplies + bonds)

61-90 Range
-Recipe for Disaster Completed with all pre-requisites quests totalling to 175 QP (I already had 25 QP)
- 17-53 thieving
- 1-25 herblore
- 32-40 crafting
- fire cape
- angler’s outfit
- lumberjack’s outfit

He has completed thieving, herblore, crafting and 98 Quest Points and wants to give me 60M refund which i think its too low.

I still want him to finish the whole package as i paid him 120M but he refuses to. The reason for this is he promised me it will be done in less than a month (http://imgur.com/h3zvPxb & http://imgur.com/ciCWsDQ but when i asked him about the progression since its nearly the end of the month he changed it to two months (http://imgur.com/f1WgwMP) since he is no where close to finishing he told me that i panic too much and he doesn't want to do it anymore. http://imgur.com/nLLdMJv

Can a mod help me out please?

Edit: Based on the cheapest price i have found on sythe so far. 61-90 range is 60M including supplies, Angler 4m, Lumberjack 8M, firecape 9M which totals to at least 81M refund without calculating the quests he hasn't done.

Went to bed after I messaged oldbeast and went to work immediately after, so only just getting back to this now.

Oldbeast is insisting that he won't budge above 50m for a refund, and obviously best mid aus wants 80m.

best mid aus, do you have any proof of oldbeast saying he'd refund 60m?

He wanted to give me 60M before i asked to see a mod.

I don't want 80M, i prefer him to finish the whole thing off as he promised 1-2 days for skills, 5+ days for quests and 3+ days for range and he is already passed the deadline. Or else I would be happy with 80M if he finished questing since i haven't got a quote for the remaining quests atm.

Shouldn't you base the refund on the market price for the services oldbeast hasn't done? (61-90 range including supplies, fire cape, angler, lumberjack and 55 Quest Points)?

 

I've taken time to review market prices, and I'm leading towards best mid aus' side here. The levels completed are only a small part of the total amount to be completed, in my opinion, only around a quarter to a third done. Oldbeast has been changing the amount that he wants to refund, and is the one at fault for wanting to cancel the order early for what in all honesty is not a particularly good reason.

Oldbeast, you have two options.

1, Complete the services at the original agreement price. best mid aus is generously allowing you another whole month for the services to be completed. You must complete the services in this time.

2, The other options, is you must repay 80m to best mid aus. The 80m being calculated from rough market estimates from similar other service providers as well as the fact that you were the one who bailed on the service, best mid aus has the right to a form of compensation for lost time.
