Got about 100 bucks to spend on mills. Only purchasing through Western Union, and because of WU fees i will not pay $1 per mill, must be less than $1 per mill. Will not go first unless you are trusted! If you are trusted i have no problem going first, if not trusted you will either go first, or find an OMM and you will pay fees.
