How to get onto Sythe if it's not "working" for you.

So, alot of threads have been made in Tech Support about Sythe not working and blah blah. If you go to google, and type in "sythe.org", you'll get this:



I sometimes have the same problem. Although this does not work when Sythe is actually down for an IP check, to check for ban evaders, it will work if Sythe doesn't "work" for you. Want to know what I do? I use this simple little thing; here it is. Also, I used Firefox for this and the pictures are all made by me.

Step 1 - Open a new window or a new tab.





Step 2 - Go to Google or Bing, and type in "Sythe.org", and press enter.




Step 3 - Press "Cached" (Google), or "Cached page" (Bing).

*Note that the page for Sythe will be outdated, because Google/Bing can't visit Sythe every day to update the snapshot.



Step 4 - Browse around!

*Note that the page will update itself when you click a thread/log in/etc. Also, the Cached bar at the top will also be gone once you do the above.

It's a good guide, the only flaw is you need to super-size the green text to be capable to read it.

This works on my PC but doesn't work on my phone. I use my phone to get on sythe but lately, it keeps saying connection error so I try your method. Same results.

Oh well. I just use a proxy now.

Nice guide, Im pretty sure you cant post on the cached page though.

 

Well, of course you can't. As soon as you press "cached" (google, or "cached page" (Bing), you'll get sent to the main overview of all the sections. Meaning, you have to click a section to get to a sub-section or thread. Therefore you can't post on the cached page.

If you mean while it has the Cached bar, then as soon as you log in or click a thread, the bar will disappear.
