11 Year old account with no HL pack ?

Hey guys,

So I've got this gentleman added me, he's asking me if I have an 11 year old account that has ABSOLUTELY no games, NO HL-PACK too. Does an account like this EXIST? How can I explain this to him.

Not unless you asked steam support to remove the games At least thats what I know + Ive seen 1000's of accounts and never had an empty one older than 2006

 

You can remove first activated game (aka HL-Platinum Pack) ??? Didn't know about that. Since when?

Do you know what the price for those removed games on the account would be? So like a 4 digit with no Half Life Platinum Pack ? (If it exists)

And yeah. I've seen thousands of 4,5 digits not even once seen one without Half-Life on it.

Yes, STEAM_0:0:452/STEAM_0:0:580 were empty. My friend know original owner of 452 and owner said that he didn't ask steam support to remove games.

Also, look at these accounts: STEAM_0:1:12, STEAM_0:0:21, STEAM_0:1:303. The first two were created by Valve employees

I had a 3digit with no games at all, Steam removed the key upon request.

I'm selling a 4digit, definitely not empty, but it has the original HL pack which I will remove one day.
