    wtf are you talking about. I have a few cafe accounts myself im selling and they have nothing to do with pacsteam. If you dont want to buy, dont shit on his thread just cause YOU think its a pacsteam account.

    A cafe account is just like a normal account but with games and some restrictions. If the person using the steam account lets all his friends use it, then yes steam will disable it. If you keep the account to yourself, you have a way less chance of the account being disabled.
