He’s a fucking scammer.. he receives PayPal funds and it goes on hold .. says he refunds it but It never comes through .. he keeps cropping his pictures on his phone to try and show a cancelled refund, I’ve messaged PayPal and they confirmed several times he did not refund it.. when I ask him to screen share he ignores .. and this morning he blocks me.. do not trade and especially no payments through friends an family
