    Looks like it was made using word art on microsoft word. Get rid of the shitty effects and graphics, the best part about it is when it's pure white and easy to read. Keep it in the white font.

    I'd work on the text before trying out any effects. Remove the boxes around the text, and make the subtext smaller.
