Hey guys, I'm willing to power-level you a personal LoL account, I'm not 100% sure how much IP will end up with at 30, so I'm going to do the first one for 5$ Paypal, and buy the champions you want most with IP, and or runes you would like to go with said champion(s)

What I mean is when I do the first service I'll know a rough estimate of the amount of IP I'll have for you to buy runes or champions with.
