buying gold on a temp banned account?

am I flagged for getting a macroing minor temp ban on my account? I want to buy gold but I'm worried they'll catch me and ban me permanently. anyone have experience with this? pls i really need someones input on this

 

Any accounts have the risk of being banned when doing business like this. I dont think you will have a higher chance of an RWT ban than anyone else, I still think it would depend mainly on if the seller of the gold is flagged or not.

I wouldnt bot anymore though, anything I have had before with temp ban has gotten perm after but I havent botted in years
