I'm sorry that I was to late. He has scammed about $400-$500 and yet admins have not stepped in. I tried to do everything possible to get him banned and its not working out. If I was an admin on this site, this site would be wiped clean.

Try to get the account back, send a customer support ticket. I'm sure you can get it back, and all your items too.
