Steam Account w/ 200+ Games.

Since this is my first post on this forum, and I don't want to seem like a shady figure, I'd like to tell you a bit about myself.
I'm a developer over at bot-supply.com.
Not only do I make gaming tools, I have traded and MM'd probably thousands of dollars worth of in-game items and cash.

Now, onto the account.
It's 8 digits and was made in 2009.
Steamcalculator says it's worth almost $3k, and from what I've heard steam accounts tend to sell for 5% of what that site puts out, which would be close to $150.
I've been trying to sell this account for a while and nobody has really been interested, so I'm dropping my asking price to $100 USD via paypal.
You will have to send it as a gift with a note about virtual items etc. otherwise I will just keep your money and laugh at you. (no, really, I don't care if you don't have that option because you're in mexico or whatever, for your convenience and mine, just don't send the money if you're not able to do it this way)
The asking price is an asking price and is not set in stone.

What's the status on the Diablo 3 account you were selling me? I paid the cash and you've failed to get back to me after the technicalities that occurred. If this issue does not get resolved and the money does not get back into my paypal account, I would have to say this is a scam. I don't want to say it is. I hope it is just you having a busy day.
