[WTS] 5 digit steam account with original email address

A friend told me I should sell this, it has no activity at all on it. Created on September 12, 2003 with a 5 digit SteamID.
STEAM_0:1:68XXX

The SteamID is not registered anywhere and it has no VAC bans, I'm not even sure if I ever played on the account. It has the regular CS 1.6, DoD, HL1 games.

I am not going to sell the account to anyone without "vouches", I have had plenty of scammers trying to get WoW items and stuff in the past.
I will not go first unless you have some sort of status on this site. I'm new so I don't know what kinds there are but I'm sure I will see.

I started CS:GO and 1.6 from the account thinking I was on my main so it has a small amount of hours on both now. But the account is still for sale.
