And accounts only receive the 5 year veteran coin if they have owned or purchased a counter-strike game over 5 years ago.

As stated above, my account has not owned any other game at ALL except for CS:GO, which as you know is less than 3 years old, and the game was a gift.

No, i buying and steam account with 11 years badge, and one guys send to me gift for game csgo and i have the coin years.
So i don't understand

I'm not jealous, I actually went on steamID converter to check it - I haven't spoken to the guy or shit.
