As stated in the rules, in this subsection you are required to show your profile (standing/rank) to confirm your rank/what you can boost up to.
The picture you have attached is one from your own site, and can easily be edited. I would recommend that you screenshot the accounts from the client.

 

Okay, I don't actually do the boosting myself, so I'll have to get some images from our boosters and will add them soon.

Who do I sent the image to? Our boosters don't want their profile rank posted publicly in fear of being reported to RIOT.

 

They have to according to the rules of the site. A lot of other people havee done this, and do this in order to boost.

The only other way is to be a verified booster, which requires ur boosters to be reviewed on their main accounts by a sythe verifier. However you cant do that since the verification process is closed untill season 5.
