Terms of Service for Buying Gold
- By joining our service we will make sure you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service before doing any business.
- We accept payments first always and make sure that the received crypto payments have been confirmated before gold is traded to the buyer
- We are not responsible for bans before, during or after the transaction
- After you have sent a payment it is no longer refundable however you might be able to sell it back to us at different rate if WE agree to it. Customer is not entitled to sell us anything.
- We use high level accounts and expect you to do the same. During my years of selling gold I've noticed that mains rarely get banned for gold transactions. However we might make exceptions based on situations.
- Our server displays active rates of gold, these rates are non-negotiable unless you can provide us proof of a better gold rate from another vendor. We don't guarantee that we match or lower the price but depending on the situation we might.
- Our server role discounts do not apply to gold sales.
- We choose the world and location of the transaction however customer may suggest another spot if there are problems.
- We only accept Crypto / Binance direct transfer and for Finnish users we offer MobilePay and Pivo as well with no minimum amount to buy
- If we make changes to the Terms of Service you will always be notified. If we fail to provide you the TOS Agreement you are eligible to refund if you decide not to agree to the TOS before, during or after the transaction. As long as we have you approve our Terms of Service you agree to them and they stand as the rules of all transactions.
- We follow Sythe's guidelines and therefore we will always tell you what fees you must pay for transactions.
- We almost never outsource gold but if we do we are required to notify you about it.
- We offer all methods of transferring gold to your account. You can choose and we have the right to refuse.
