Basic TOS&RULES:

1. To book a spot and start a service it takes a prepayment from the buyer under following conditions:
a. 0 feedback on MMOBAY - 100% prepayment
b. 1+ legit feedback - 70% prepayment
c. 5+ legit feedback - 60% prepayment
*Payments should be sent to ..................... (PayPal) - with ingame access details included in the payment note.
** Before sending payment - please ask for a confirmation on the same email adress - just to make sure we are here for confirming and booking.
*** in cases of 1b and 1c - we provide the service up to last 1 target rank and ask for rest of payment before we finish last RR. Customer will be able to check his account.

2. Once we start the services we ask of our customers not to log onto the account until the service is finished, as well as a anonymous security (leaving guilds, etc.)
a. If customer don't listen to the rule 2 - once - we make a reminder
b. second disobedience will lead to a termination of service from our side without any reimbursement.
* If there is a need to log onto the account for some reason - buyer should ask us via email - and wait for our confirmation on that ticket.
** Certain "play-hours" can be set-up with buyer - to boost his gaming experience. Those should be talked in advance and confirmed by us.

3. Daily reporting is a priority for us - but sometimes, due to a big load-factor we possible do not send them in time - that doesn't mean we don't do work on service for You. In most cases we operate in different time-zone with different members of our team - so the service is 24/7

4. Because security thoughts (priority n.1) - it can happen that we will pause the leveling for max. 24h. Customer will be informed up front about such pauses.
