Banned for plagerism? WTF?

I just recently got a ban until friday for posting a VERY wellknown guide on free rs2 guides.
I knew about this guide, along with the majority of runescape and didn't bother posting it until I found a thread that was selling this same exact guide. I did not copy and paste anyones words, I used brief and non discriptive words that would get the job done. According to the definition I posted above taken from google definitions, I did not copy someones work and present it as my own. I took a well known idea/method and made it even more wellknown by posting it on a public forum. I feel like I was unreasonable banned, and if this ban is not lifted before 8-6 I will no longer continue using sythe on the fact of this, and 99.9 of your community are underage scammers.
