RS servers down- possibly due to RC glitch

There was a glitch going around that would allow you to achieve 99 RC in 10 minutes via dungeoneering skill. Servers are shut down now, and have been for the past few minutes- i suppose they are patching this obvioius bug as we speak. Half of me wishes i got to exploit it, but in the end im glad i didnt indulge because inevitably i would have been banned.

 

This was to do with the glitch.

I exploited on 6 accounts, C'mon let me get away with at least one.

 

As far as I remember, the RC bug was fixed a few hours after release.

 

Kind of a pointless thread, everyone who plays rs is gonna see "Servers down/Roll Back" on the update list. lol

 

I posted this 20 minutes before Jagex announced the shutdown - so at the time it was a simple speculation.

Glad servers are again up, huge inconvenience though.
