How to gamble in rs now?

I haven't played rs for a while... I noticed that dice bags have been removed. Could anyone tell me how people gamble nowadays? I'm for sure that somones figured out another way. Also if you could tell me what cc to join I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Best fc to join is: cash.

 

There are things called IRC dicing or flower games. Go to world 2 and check out the clans Dragon Dyce, Fishy, or CASH. Cash is world 18 I believe.
