    Wtf is paypal doing?

So.. some mofo from .org disputed a payment, claiming it was an unauthorized payment.. He called up his creditcard company & he won the dispute.

I got a mail sayin' they cant dispute the money.. and now when I logged on to check my available balance, I saw that they took $10 more than they should.
    Wtf is this?

So.. any ideas why they took more than they should? And what should I do?

If the other person wins a chargeback, you will be charged $10 for Paypal's loss.

It's their policy to charge 10$. The fee actually rose today to 20$.

Sometimes if I call them they will waive it for me.
