Wtf...? Internet can't display private servers?

[T M]

Did all of the private servers shut down today?

Whenever I click on a link it says "Oops the internet could not connect to (insert name here)"

It allows me to access a cache copy, and I can even get to the browser client, but then it says error loading... Why??
