WTF i keep getting white screen

When loading Rs3 for the first time I keep white screening when it asks me to auto load the setting for the login screen. It just goes white this is happening in chrome and firefox anyone can help

 

I'm no expert but attempt to upgrade java or download a client e.g. Swiftkit/Official rs client?

 

ive downloaded the client but whever i try and load the graphics the client just closes and im running the newest java ive also deleted the cache

 

Wow man I have no idea then the biggest problem I've had with it is a black screen and I fixed that with a java update.

 

get the downloaded client is all i can offer... so much better then the web client.

In there are the main issues and also how to fix them.

 

First off, is this windows or mac?

Second, what's your operating system?

Third off do have have java 7. (Go to http://www.javatester.org/version.html) and copy paste results please.

Fourth have you tried turning off all firewalls on your computer?

 

Upgrade java, Thats what only RS runs on

 

When that happened to me last time, I simply didn't have the newest version of java. Make sure to double check whether you have the most recent update, because I am not sure what else could be the problem.

 

While the game is loading, hold the "s" key. It should put you into safemode.

 

Make sure you tun your CPU in safe mode as others have said
