This is bullshit and unfair - Amsunday's dispute

Alright, I just got banned because I 'Scammed' a fellow sythe user that was selling a RWT guide.

He claimed that this guide would xfer 9m/h, and it had little requirements so I jumped at it. Long story short, he went first; and gave me this guide -

tldr; the guide involves player A buying an item for lowest, and selling to player B for market price. Repeat.

According to the guide rules, This is against the rules! I pointed this out to him, but he continued to deny that it was okay to sell. I told him I'm sorry, but I am not buying this guide because it is not a legal RWT method, and it doesnt even work.

I then tried warning the buyers on his thread, only to get banned by HeavenLord the next time i logged on. HeavenLord himself posted on his thread stating that the guide could not be sold, yet I get banned for not paying him for trying to sell me the guide?

What kind of bullshit is this? This is unfair, and unprofessional for a global moderator to ban me WHILE KNOWING that he (il-pk3r-li) tried selling me a guide that doesnt work.
