Damn people cannot read. The reason why he cannot upgrade is because he just got unbanned. YOU MUST WAIT 24 HOURS AFTER BEING UNBANNED IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ABILITY OF UPGRADING TO MEMBERS.

When your ban(s) expire in April 2010, I'm assuming then you will be able to play P2P again. The reason they won't let you P2P again is because they are think you will abuse the system again based on your previous offenses...
