I was already warned in the next post that it was spam so I quoted the next poster and changed its topic into the favorite color of toothpaste.

Finn is just flexing his ePenis and infracting me for something that I intentionally changed to avoid an infraction.

If I honestly deserved an infraction for it then Nick would have done so because he was the one who warned me about it in the first place (before I actually turned it into a worthwhile subject). And SINCE HE DIDNT then it was obviously ok to go about using that new subject for the thread.

I believe a spamming infraction is total bullshit in this case and if I did deserve one then the mods who were viewing the thread over the last couple days are the ones that should decide that. (Nick, Gump, Louis).

Finn, yes, I understand you are an administrator, but please don't abuse your powers. All the other members and mods there had no problem with the thread once I changed its subject. If nothing is still going to be done about then I AT LEAST demand a vote between Gump, Nick, Louis and Finn to decide if that infraction stands (no other mods vote please, that would totally defeat the purpose of the 'viewing parties').

I just think its unfair for Finn to randomly show up on a thread that at least one other mod had under perfect control and infract me for something that at least one other mod already had knowledge about.

And the other mod (Nick) didnt infract me in the first place because I actually listened to his warning and changed the thread subject.

So why should I be punished for LISTENING to mods?

 

Your original post there was spam.

Nick himself said he was thinking of infracting you, and posting about the colors of your tooth brushes is questionable. However, the first post of the thread was spam, and it should be warranted.

P.S. When appealing in the future, don't insult the person who gave it to you, you'll just decrease your chances.

 

Didn't mean it as an insult, more of a jokingly-serious poke. Everyone including Finn knows his position, I'm not gonna make a 100% serious insult directly to it.

But as for the post, the toothpaste color was the first suggestion I saw and I figured I certainly qualified as a valid Donator's Lounge-type topic. Take a look at half of all the other UN-infracted topics in there. They're equally as pointless and mainly have people posting random pictures and saying odd things in them.

I LISTENED to a mod's (Nick's) warning and I made an attempt at cleaning the thread up, since I obviously can't delete it myself. Sure I could have spent 20 minutes thinking of a complex subject to discuss like nuclear physics or microbiology but I felt as though I didn't have that long until Nick threw the infraction balloon at me. So I looked at the next post down and figured "Sure, it isnt any worse than other odd crack-threads in this section, why not?"

 

Yea, and I did change the subject after the first time I was told.

Since its so free-for-all, then someone needs to set up some rules for it and fix it so that other members don't fall into the same shit-trap that I did.

Its a bullshit infraction given by a random person in a random manner in a bullshit forum (no set guidelines within).
